Dances often start around 8 pm and last for about 3 hours including breaks, but other times are possible (4 hour maximum for the event, midnight finish latest). Sometimes dances with a family audience start earlier.

The size of hall required depends upon the number of dancers expected, but generally, the more dance floor available, the better.  The band requires one 13 amp socket and a suitable space to work in (but not necessarily a stage).

The Band normally arrives about three quarters of an hour before the dancing is due to start to set up the amplification equipment etc. and requires about half an hour at the end of the night to pack away.

We have PAT tested equipment and Public Liability Insurance.
